Complaint: I own a matrix sunny. My e-bike is not working and I made a complaint at your malad branch of R.K Motors. Mr Joshi is out of station and so Mr Das who is sitting there in place of him.Mr. Das has not yet sent any person for the job. Also the person is not ansering to the phone calls. And on talking he is not replying properly. Kindly can you look into the matter and do the needful.

Customer Frustration with YO bike after sale service
This is with respect to the email we receieved from Mr. Jitu Vora dated 10.06.11 to our mail id.
He has purchased YO-EXL electric bike from Veraval dealer for YO Bikes, Gujarat before one year. He was given two years warranty for the battery. Recently the battery is not getting full charge and the drive range is utmost 10 km. He have complained many times to the dealer. He understood the dealer has closed the dealership of Yo bikes. Now he has no one to complain and his bike is lying idle. He tried to complain YO bikes but no response from the customer care. He frustration grew due to insensitivity of YO bike service team and planning to file a case of YO BIKE company in consumer court.

If any one of the YO team has seen this complaint, I request you to forward this to your service team and make sure Mr. Jitu Vora’s bike get serviced. If not, this will reflect the poor service quality of electric bike companies and people will lose interest in electric bikes and effect negatively to whole EV market. Please act on it.
